As part of an academic course, I led a group of three other students as public relations consultants for an on-campus organization. Taking on the name BACH Consulting, we chose to work with a Christian worship group on our campus named Outcry. Outcry enjoyed adequate attendance and publicity before our campaign, but had struggled to make good use of their social media presence to increase their image and further connect with their constituents. Our work allowed for greater publicity and a deeper experience for those who attended.

Visual Content CreationOne significant change BACH Consulting made to the social media presence of Outcry was in the content posted. Almost all posts before our involvement were text-based calls-to-action. We expanded their repertoire with new photographs of the space and event, an infographic, and "Meet the Leader" posts intended to personalize the leaders of the organization.

Recommendations to Client
At the end of BACH Consulting's work with Outcry, we composed an analysis of our work for the client. This included the steps we took, our findings throughout the consultancy, and recommendations for next steps. A plan to continue what we had set in place was given to the Outcry leadership, with the intention that their own people carry on the campaign we had successful run.
